As you know, by availing the out-sourcing services, for the management side the benefits are very and vary – such as :
The employees will be on our Pay-roll and we take care of their main Statuary requirements, such as EPF and ESI coverage.
If an employee works continuously for 240 days, he will claim permanency of the job, whereas in our pay-roll he cannot claim the same.
The Management need not worry about the Bonus and Gratuity.
The employees will not avail/claim any leave.
If any of our employee misbehaves, he will be terminated immediately, whereas the Management cannot dismiss any of their employee. It involves strenuous/cumbersome procedures.
If any untoward incident – accident – occurs, we will take care of it.
The Management can fully concentrate on only extracting work from our employees and thereby increase the productivity.
For the above benefits, the Management has to spend very minimal service charges of 10%.
